COPE Facilitator's Workshop

2008 NER Outdoor Program Seminar @ Camp Alpine - The COPE group will be on its own doing a COPE facilitation program. We'll take part with the entire seminar only at the opening, closing and for meals. All COPE directors, instructors, council committee chairs, games facilitators or anyone with a specific interest in COPE are welcome to attend. We'll have an agenda, but will be very flexible regarding what the group would like to have happen during the weekend. This is a great place to network and share ideas with other "COPErs." While I have been asked to "put the program together" and select a "staff", it will be up to you as to how the weekend unfolds.

Camp Alpine has put in several new low COPE elements and has also installed an Alpine Towers low (litter-carry) course. This is the first course of its kind that I've seen in a Boy Scout camp. So, there's some new and exciting "stuff" to see, and hopefully, use!
