Everyone has a favorite team building game, initative, opening, closing or challenge that comes out whenever they lead team building groups. Share with us your favorite game(s) or activities. Opening Activities - Introducing the group to each other using props or challenges.
Warm-ups/Energizers - Get the blood pumping, muscles stretched, smiles smiling, and energy soaring high.
Initatives - Put your brain to the test solving problems that may or may not involve props. Your feet will typically stay planted firmly on the ground
Low Course Activities - More brain exercise that may include stationary equipment and leaving the ground.
Closing Activities - Gather your group and process the day for that collective sigh...
Openings: - Scars - Everyone has a scar.
Warm-ups/Energizers: - Alien Zap - Cadets battle to be the last one standing while hunting Aliens
- Angels & Demons - Participants try and keep their Angel between them and their Demon.
- Animal Line-up - Particpants line-up based on animal sounds
- Army Tag - Person with the most body parts left over wins
- Barrel Tag - An extremely physical game of avoidance
- Birdie on a Perch - When the music stops all birdies must race to find their Perch.
- Bodyguard - Bodyguard must prevent his client from being hit by balls(photographed)
- Clothespin Virus - Secretly clip clothespins with various slogan on participants. The game is
- Duel! - Players face-off in charade challenges
- Elbow Tag - Runner must escape IT by switching out with other participants.
- Everybody's It - Be the last person standing when everyone is IT
- Headites/Buttites - Headites and Buttites race to convert the other to their side by tagging.
- Lightning Squeeze - Teams race to pass the pulse down the line and grab the goal
- Name Cha-Cha - Use names to cha-cha till everyone is in the line
- Rock, Paper Scissors Tournament - Find your biggest fan in Rock, Paper, Scissors.
- Streets & Alleys - Robber avoids capture by using a constantly changing playing field
- Toilet Tag - Be quick or be flushed.
Initiatives: - Helium Pole/Hoop - Group must lower lightweight pole or hoop to ground without it floating awa
- Knight Tag - Players move like chess pieces and try to tag out the other team
- Monster - Build a human monster and move it a specified distance
- Over & Out(In) - Group must move webbing circle up over their heads in quickest time possibl
- See, Hear, Speak no Evil - Find an object while only have access to one sense
- Tank Commander - "Tank Commanders" must direct their tank to blow-up enemy tanks.
